JourneyIntoTheWild partners with global manufacturers and companies in order to provide you with the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, UK, and Hongkong.

Unfortunately, not all our global suppliers provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our orders. In the very rare occurrence that your package does not arrive within the allotted time or is lost in transit, simply email us at support[at]JourneyIntoTheWild.com and we'll make sure you're taken care of 100%. 

Because we ship some of the products directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive for U.S orders and 3-8 weeks for international orders. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Products may also be shipped separately to get to you faster. 

For some products such as T-Shirt we deliver in around 5 days on average if you are in United States.

WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN? 

JourneyIntoTheWild received your order and is printing / quality checking and/or preparing your order for shipment. You will receive an email shortly with a shipment confirmation. 

The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately between 2-7 business days. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE ?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

 I JUST ORDERED A PRODUCT. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Shipping varies depending on the product. Each item's estimated shipping time will be mentioned on the respective product page.

In general, T-Shirts should arrive at your address in 7-10 days (for U.S Customers) and several weeks (for International Customers). 

Other products may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery for U.S based orders and 3-8 weeks for international orders. Again, the estimated shipping time will be noted on the respective product page.

HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?

Our shirts are printed via DTG, we use Kornit machines, which are the gold standard in the industry. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

I ACCIDENTALLY MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SHIRT SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

If this happens to you, please email or instant chat us as soon as you can. Once an order has been shipped out, we cannot change the shipping address or order details.

However, if your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try our best to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. Please send us a message and let us know about your specific situation. We'll do our best to help you out. 

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once it's been processed we cannot cancel the order anymore, however please be assured that we would still try our best to make it right for you. Send us a message.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns and refunds on most of our products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please refer to our Guarantee & Return Policy for complete details.
