How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Shipping varies depending on the product. 

In general, T-Shirts should arrive at your address in 7-10 days (for U.S Customers) and several weeks (for International Customers). 

Other products may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery for U.S based orders and 3-8 weeks for international orders (this wide range is due to customs for each country. Sometimes customs let packages through immediately, other time they hold and inspect. This is something out of our control unfortunately). Again, the estimated shipping time will be noted on the respective product page.

Processing/handling time 4-7 business days:

The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately between 4-7 business days. However, it could also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

How do I change the shipping address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping / billing address if the package has already been shipped. The shipping address should not be altered after you have finalized the order.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping address and/or product. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

I ordered multiple items, but only received one… where’s my order?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way ?

Shipping time during public holiday

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Taxes/Duties and Custom Procedures:

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout if applicable. Also note that these customs fees are not imposed by us, we simply receive them and transfer them to the appropriate party.

Custom authorities may require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Depending on your country, packages may also be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause a slight delay in the delivery of your order.
